Road trip!

It sounds more exciting than it is in the vast land of snow where we live. Today was the day to deliver the bike J sold. We enjoy a relaxed morning at home and then hit the road. It's about an hours drive that barely varies from the picture below.

Once there the fun began. Met up the guy who bought the bike, had a fun lunch visit with my dad and his wife, stopped in at a local bike shop and then snuck in a great visit with my grandpa.

Got home in time to cook a real dinner instead of getting take out too! We made stir fry with brown rice, leftover shredded pork, hoisin sauce and a mediterranean blend frozen veg. Great way to spend a Saturday.
