We started the drive home on Monday afternoon and after another overnight in Texas we pulled in to the driveway about 11:30 on Tuesday. My ankles had dissappeared again by then, but it was worth walking on them to see my Jason again. Once inside he made me close my eyes
Gman did amazing the whole trip. He didn't fuss to much when the DVD player didn't work perfectly in the car, he was listening and following directions, and just proving over and over again what a GREAT kid he is pretty much the whole time.
We ended our 23rd week with a day of rest. After all the travel my whole body hurt, and I couldn't even get up the energy to drive Gman to his dads house. Thank goodness he had the time to meet us half way or I think I would have cried.
