By now, I'm sure some of you have heard about the tragic car accident that
took the life of Highland High School band student, Kelly Tracy, this past
weekend. (Stupid illegal immigrant driving drunk at 6:30am on a Saturday killed a high school marching bank member on the way to the parade Gman was in the other weekend):
The band programs at Mesquite, Gilbert and Desert Ridge High Schools will
be holding benefit car washes this Saturday, November 22. The car washes
will be for donations only and all proceeds will go to help the Tracy
family.
Here are the locations and times:
Mesquite HS - Sonic Restaurant, NE corner of Val Vista and Williamsfield,
8-noon
Gilbert HS - 24 Hour Fitness, SE corner of Val Vista and Elliot, 9-noon
Desert Ridge HS - Valero Gas Station, SW corner of Guadalupe and
Ellsworth, 9-noon
