We bought B these adorable reusable hand warmers today. I clicked the metal thing to make them warm and gave it to him. I told him it was going to get warm. His reply? "Then I blow on it."
BTW $5 at Old Navy. You click the metal thing inside and they warm up for a few minutes. Then you boil them and they're ready to go again.
We got some at the department store for $10 a couple weeks ago that are red rectangles about twice that size & that get warmer + stay warm longer. Those ones said they should have about 1000 uses!
Much better (for the budget and the environment)than the one time use warmers that we had been using!
