38 Weeks

Our appt today was much more positive. Scary, but positive. And only scary because we were talking surgery, not from any bad news. No worries. I knew I couldn't eat before the surgery, but she said that since we're considered an "elective" surgery at this time if they find out that I've had water or even a breathmint the morning of they will cancel and make me reschedule. Totally not worth it. We're right on track for growth though so Cheesepuff is coming soon!! =)

Jason has been working on a special brewing of an I.P.A. for our little guy. He's even got a special label just waiting for the stats to be added. This week it was ready for tasting so he had some with dinner the other night. Not really my style of beer, but it looked yummy. He said it had a good head to it, and was reasonable pleased with the batch. So I'm happy. I'm sure they won't let us pass it out at the hospital, so those who want to enjoy our IPA's you'll have to swing by the house after we get home.

Gman is excited for Cheesepuff to come. We're a little nervous about the new restrictions the hospital has put on visitors. The general rule is no visitors under 12. But the sign at the doctors office said that there can be case by case exceptions where a younger child can visit if they are healthy and wear a mask and gloves. Not our favorite option, but it'd sure be better than him not being able to come in at all. =(

They started their fall fundraiser at his school today. For all those out of towners that want to help him earn a front row seat to the BMX show at the school (in addition to just helping out his school with MUCH needed funding) please visit http://store.gafundraising.com our school code is 1459890. You'll have to have his name too. Feel free to e-mail if you need a reminder on his last name. I will share, but I'm not posting it here. =) Lol. The website looks pretty easy to find things on from what I can see.... Any online purchases completed before September 15th go towards his prize count.
