Looks like we weren't lucky enough to completely skip the flu bug this year.
The school nurse called around noon. Gman was complaining of a sore throat and had a 100.6 fever. Not too bad yet, but if it's the same bug I've seen going around it'll get worse over the next few days. For now he's camped out on the couch with lots of fluids.

So the good news is that the fever seems to be gone today. We let it run its coarse yesterday with no tylenol till bedtime and he woke up without it this morning.
He still does have a scratchy throat, but we've got plenty of yummy liquids on hand for that! YAY!
