Turkeys

Have I told you lately how much I LOVE where I live? I do. I miss the PEOPLE I used to live by, but I LOVE the PLACE I live now...

I was in the driveway cleaning off the Snooze and Cruise bed I just picked up for FREE, when our neighbor got my attention. She asked if we had seen the turkeys. Say what?? There were 5 WILD TURKEYS wandering around at the park! At first when we tried to get close enough for a picture (but not super close, because they are WILD) they kept running away. But then they went down this little path, and at the other end was another family gawking. That family had two big dogs, which stopped the turkeys from running away! We took our picture and walked away so the turkeys wouldn't get too stressed out and could get away from the dogs.

So far this qualifies as a GREAT DAY! Got up early enough to hang out with all my guys this morning. Got a free AWESOME bed for lil man. Got my hair trimmed up and beautified. And saw crazy wild turkeys roaming around. Now I've got to go make a lunch to go with our GREAT DAY!
